Fulfillment

Retainer plans

Your plan will renew either annually or monthly, depending on your selection. If you don't wish it to renew, you should cancel prior to the renewal date. If you notify us that you meant to renew but were too late, we will refund the subscription minus the fees charged by our payment processor and any prorated amount of service that you did use for that period.

No refund will be issued for completed subscription periods in which you requested no work or less work than you were entitled to.

Refunds

We typically charge a 50% deposit to hold space on the calendar. If you realize you will not need our work after paying the deposit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can book someone else for the time. If we have not yet begun your work, we will refund the deposit minus our payment processor's transaction fees and a fair estimate of the time we spent (at our $100/hour rate) to discuss and quote your job.

If we have begun work on your project when you notify us that you want to cancel, we will assess what fraction of the agreed upon work has been completed, and will refund part of the deposit or invoice you for part of the expected final payment, depending on how much work is already complete. We will provide you with a copy of any partially completed (and possibly non-functional) work, where it is possible to do so, in the event that you cancel while the project is in-progress.

Liability

We always strive to do our best work for you, and will do our best to address any bugs or other defects when identified. However, should something go wrong, the limit of our liability will be the amount you paid us for the work.

Upon receipt of our work, you are responsible for verifying that it does what you expect it to, prior for using it for anything mission critical. We do not back up your content or schedule automatic updates to your services unless we have specifically agreed to this.
