Want a subscription form with newsletter checkboxes?
I wanted an embeddable form that members and non-members could both use.
Caveat: If you need to email something, this isn't it. Functionality is heavily dependent on JavaScript, and there's no js in email. Also none in ActivityPub, if you're viewing it there.
Caveat #2: So that means you need to ✨Visit my website✨ to see this in action, as well!

Want the code? Here it is! Download it, open it in your favorite text editor, and then drop it into an HTML card where you want it in a post or page, being sure to adjust the top few lines (for your url, default newsletters, and content API).
